Queensland
Racing, as the approved control body under the Racing
Act 2002, is responsible for licensing participants
in the thoroughbred racing industry.
Queensland Racing has a written licensing policy which is available

page.
Essentially, any person wishing to participate
as a licensed person must possess a requisite level
of integrity and competence in their occupation
to be granted a licence by Queensland Racing. Information
on the licensing process for each licence is set
out in the following application forms
In light of the Queensland Responsible Gaming Code of Practice and the Wagering Act 1998, a person under the age of eighteen shall not be eligible to be granted a bookmaker’s clerk’s license |
