Tambo race meeting rescheduled

Following the cancellation of the Tambo & DRC race meeting scheduled for Saturday, November 29, 2008 due to rain and the state of the track, QRL has given approval for the Club to conduct a replacement race meeting on Saturday, December 13, 2008.

The meeting will have the same racing program as that originally scheduled for November 29, 2008 and is:

Black Toyota Cup Open Hcp                           1400m             of $6,000 + $110 trophy
Toyota Hilux Class 5 Hcp                                 1200m             of $4,500
Toyota Rav 4 Class 3 Plate (sw)                      1400m             of $4,000
Toyota Camry Class B Hcp                              800m               of $4,000
Toyota Landcruiser QTIS Maiden Plate
(2yo&up sw)                                                   1000m             of $4,000 + $4,000 for
eligible QTIS horses

Noms close:                 Tuesday 9 December at 11.00am
Weights:                       Wednesday 10 December
Acceptances:                Thursday 11 December at 10.00am
Jockey declarations:      Thursday 11 December at 12.00 noon
Final scratchings:           Saturday 13 December at 7.45am
